Location: the hotel was close enough to the public beach of Lago Monate. There was excellent staff and the service was great. We asked for double room and it was spotless and large with bathroom...

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel seems to have been recently remodeled, and the attached bar/restaurant has a very good selection of foods/wines.

The internet access (both WiFi as well as connection via Ethernet cable) was unreliable at times. It seemed to lose connection occasionally, but other than that, I had no problems with the hotel.

Newly opened hotel with very friendly staff, every evening inviting you for drink with good wine and appetizer. Nicely and modernly furnished with all what you need.

Ideal spot by the lake, definitely go for the economy queen room for stunning views and a balcony with a ❤️!

This hotel was great! We could not have asked for better customer service. My mother's flight was diverted from Germany to Milan due to the volcanic ash, so this was a last minute booking for us on our way out the door to go pick her up. It turned out to be great! I contacted the hotel and asked about the airport shuttle. It was late at night but the owner said I could call his driver and he would go pick up my Mother at the airport. The cost of the shuttle was 1/2 what the normal price would have been. When my husband and I showed up in the middle of the night the owner greeted us with a smile. In the morning the breakfast was good and the owner helped us search the internet for something to do in Milan. Really nice, great guy!

La Locanda was lovely, with a friendly and attentive staff who made sure I had a comfortable stay. the room was spotlessly clean, and the hotel provided excellent service. I particularly enjoyed the abundant and delicious homemade croissants served for breakfast. the hotel has a fantastic on-site restaurant. Its location on the way from Lago Maggiore to Lago di Como was ideal, and the surrounding small town was charming. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. 😊.

Well run family hotel. The rooms have been very recently re-furbished, so are very clean and modern. Breakfast was ok but limited choice. The restaurant in the evening was very good. Our room had a great view of Lago di Monate. It is close to 3 lakes including Maggiore, so in a good location for walks and mountain biking, but make sure you get a route map!

Very nice view (mountains, Campo di Fiori, Lago Monate) from the balcony. Good breakfast (not only typical Italian breakfast - coffee and brioche ;)). Nice staff. Clean and modern rooms.

The staff here were friendly and ready to assist, plus the location is convenient near a bus stop, and the room had a bathtub.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, well-kept building and rooms. Air- conditioned rooms if needed and wide opening windows onto balcony overlooking small square and with views of the lake.Good little restaurant and bar attached. Good European-style breakfast.

No complaints but I got caught out when I didn't realise the restaurant didn't open on Monday evening. There isn't much else available in Cadrezatte!
